3-6YEARS

6-8YEARS
Our training program for 6-8 year olds focuses on developing their technical ability while also addressing their weak muscle development and lack of confidence. We understand that they are sentimental and sensitive, often imitating their idols, so our targeted plans involve general coordination exercises with a ball, partner exercises with two or three players, and individual training with a ball. Our coaches always serve as role models, and we combine these exercises with competition and shooting practice, as well as short games with a ball. We aim to not only improve their flexibility and muscle strength, but also to boost their self-esteem and confidence on the field.


8-11YEARS
Our training program for 8-11 year old players focuses on developing their physical and technical abilities. Therefore, we emphasize on improving their aerobic endurance and anaerobic endurance through targeted plans.
