F-Youth 6 to 8 Years Old

Strong urge to move, high flexibility of joints, weak muscle development
Low coordination and technical skills, strong performance gap within the team
Active, cheerful, easily distracted, sensitive, emotionally volatile, lack of confidence
Training Approach:
General coordination exercises with the ball, individual training with different balls
Partner exercises, combination with competition and shooting practice, short games with the ball
E-Youth Age 8 – 11 Years Old
Player Characteristics:
Limbs develop faster than the spine and trunk, physical inflexibility
Need for motor system development, increased aerobic endurance, low anaerobic endurance
Joy to play, competitive, better concentration, emotional stability
Training Approach:
Psychomotor training, preliminary technical and tactical elements
Focus on passing, shooting, dribbling, heading, feinting, and ball control
Individual tactics (1v1), encourage every player, decision making, and proper feedback
U15 Age – Advanced Training
Physical and Psychological Characteristics:
Rapid height growth, awkward movement, technical stagnation, decreased learning ability
Lack of security, mood and performance fluctuations, sensitive, critical behavior
Training Approach:
Consideration of individual development, create opportunities for success
Reduce fear of failure, encourage initiative and participation
