F-Youth 6 to 8 Years Old

Player Characteristics:

  • Strong urge to move, high flexibility of joints, weak muscle development

  • Low coordination and technical skills, strong performance gap within the team

  • Active, cheerful, easily distracted, sensitive, emotionally volatile, lack of confidence

Training Approach:

  • General coordination exercises with the ball, individual training with different balls
